If you are using or planning to use Tixr's Payment Plan feature, please make sure to change your Subscription settings in Stripe to reflect the below. Stripe's default is to cancel Payment Plan Orders if they have failed too many times. If this happens, a fan may miss the opportunity to update payment. It also is not accurately reflected in Studio and could interfere with your reporting and inventory.
To adjust this, please go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic .
From there, please look at the “Manage failed payments”, “Manage disputed payments” and “Manage payments that require 3D Secure” sections and follow the below screenshots.
Make sure to change all "Subscription status” drop boxes to “leave the subscription as-is” and “Invoice status” to “leave the invoice as-is”.
