View a report of customers that are on the Waitlist.

1) Access Waitlist by clicking on Records in the Audience tab in the left navigation bar

This is your overview and we will breakdown all the details here. You can also see the automatic run times of your waitlist. If you have inventory, these orders will automatically be fulfilled at those times. 

A) Process the waitlist manually

B) Use this button to sync these Orders to Mailchimp (if you have it connected). This will automatically create an Audience List for you

C) Click the Download icon to access the different reports you can download for this group of data

D) Use the Filter icon to select the Event(s) you would like this data for

2) Use the icons in each Waitlist line to perform various actions. You can also see how many days until the request expires

A) Move the order to the top of the Waitlist 

B) Email customer

C) Fulfill that individual Waitlist request 

D) Cancel the Waitlist request

3) Hover over the payment amount and it will turn blue. You can click on it to expand the Waitlist details. From here you can see the ticket detail within the orders and perform actions on that specific ticket
