Notifications allow you to receive specified information about orders via email or web hook. Alerts can be set to trigger for any order, or a specific ticket category, based on many different conditions.


Example 1: You have a limited number of VIP accommodations in inventory and you want to be notified each time one is sold.


Example 2: You would like to be notified if there are any chargebacks occurring
