User Access Levels

User access levels determine the range of actions that a user can perform on Tixr Studio and Tixr Door. When adding users to your group in Tixr Studio, you will assign one of the six following access levels.



Master

The Master access level is the highest permission level for account administrators.
Studio: Events, Analytics, Records, Promote, Account
Door: scanning, selling, comping

*Master users are the only users that can add new group members and change access levels in the Group Users window.


Full

The Full access level has access to all areas on Studio, but cannot add new users or change access levels for existing users.
Studio: Events, Analytics, Records, Promote, Account*
Door: scanning, selling, comping  


Limited

The Limited access level can create new events.
Studio: Events, Account
Door: scanning, selling, comping


Support

The Support access level can view and manage customer orders.
Studio: Records*, Account
Door: scanning, selling, comping

*Support users have access to all features in Records with the exception of refunding and canceling orders, printing receipts, and downloading order details.  


Support Limited

The Support limited access level can view and manage customer orders, but cannot refund or cancel orders, change names on orders, or download order details.

Door

The Door access level can complete all actions on Tixr Door.
Studio: Account

Door Limited

The Door Limited level can complete all actions on Tixr Door except for comping.
Studio: Account

Scan Only

The Scan Only level can scan tickets in/out, but cannot take payments or comp tickets.
Studio: Account
