Scanning

All electronic tickets added on Studio can be scanned on Tixr Door. Customers receive an email confirmation with QR code attached. Your door staff can navigate to the in-app camera and start scanning. 

Procedure

- Login (toggle on "Keep me logged in")

- Click on the event 

- Start scanning tickets
