We strongly encourage our clients to connect their Google Analytics to their Group. If you don't have a Google Analytics account, you may set one up for free here.
Once your account is set up, make sure you turn "Advanced E-commerce" ON in Google Analytics.
Google Analytics will cast the widest net to capture as much data as possible. We encourage you to connect it to your Group before your events go on sale. This is important because you can not retroactively capture data on views or purchases of your events.
Connect Google Analytics in the Manage Group section by clicking on the Integrations tab.
1) Toggle "Google Analytics" ON and you will be prompted to enter the Google Analytics Tracking ID.
2) Press "Save and Publish" at the top right and you are all set!
You can also add your Google Analytics pixel in the Manage Tracking Section.
