Create links to track sales from promoters or affiliates by using a simple URL syntax. Sales from these links will be tracked in the Sales by Source report in the Reports section of Studio.

Create

Group level tracking syntax

tixr.com/pr/referral ID/g/subdomain

Event level tracking syntax

tixr.com/pr/referral ID/event ID

Referral ID= The name of the promoter (I.e JETTY)

Subdomain= Your Group domain name

Event ID = The numbers at the end of your Event page url 

(I.e staging.tixr.com/groups/tixr-events/events/tixrpalooza-2117)

Choose which link format you would like to use and populate the required fields. There is no need to activate or add anything to Studio!

Example for Tixr-events group tracking link: tixr.com/pr/jetty/g/tixr-events

All sales made with this link for any event in the Tixr Events group will be tracked in the Source report under jetty.

Example for Tixrpalooza event tracking link: tixr.com/pr/jetty/2117

All sales made with this link for this specific event will be tracked in the Source report under jetty.

* Links will be tracked for 3 days if a fan is to click, leave the event page, and come back to purchase.
